Where do foxes live? Do more foxes live in urban areas or wild areas?

Every creature that exist in this world is abide by a separate identity and is existing in the world for a particular reason and to run the life cycle. One of the most beautiful aspect of nature is that every single creature is created for a specific type of environment and place like humans live in their own built houses and structures whereas some creatures live in the water, some in and on the trees, some in the air, some in the forests, some in the mountains and so on.

Habitat Of a Fox:

Some of the most comfortable habitats for fox are the forests and grasslands but they can live anywhere that may include a mountain, a desert land, a simple sheltered place etc. Foxes are capable of making their own living place by digging a hole in ground or any easily dig able place. That hole is known as Den and is actually a good and cool place for foxes to live, to store food and to take care of their pups.

Where Do More Foxes Live?

As foxes are extremely adaptable that they can live at anyplace wherever their desires and needs are met. In actual, foxes are wild animals but nowadays they can be seen in the urban areas. Most of the time easy access to food is the main reason which make them move towards country side and settle over there. Foxes are omnivores mammals so why they can adjust in rural, sub urban and urban surroundings.

Overall, foxes are versatile and flexible but they would always prefer a den as the best place to live as it provides safety, security, peace and a covered place so they are not exposed.
